The SZGH-36Y is based on the SZGH-36 CNC lathe, with two live tools mounted on the Y-axis to enable turning-milling compound functionality. This configuration supports 6 rows of cutters and 4 side milling operations, making it ideal for machining workpieces that require drilling, tapping, and slotting on the sides. By completing the entire process in a single setup, it eliminates the error associated with second clamping. Additionally, the reduction in processing time and the integration of multiple procedures make it more efficient for a single operator to manage multiple machines, saving labor while improving automation and processing accuracy. It is suitable for processing bars up to 35mm and pellets up to 100mm.
